Sincere and heartfelt condolences to kin and friend. Mrs Stoner was a neighborhood Mother- mattered not if you shared DNA you could talk to her. She was giving, caring and MUCH loved. I remember the 6th grade graduation party she made sure we got at 68th St Elementary School. Mothers like her were an ‘extension’ of MOTHER. She will be missed but not forgotten. Rest easy Bernice, rest easy.
