Mrs Christine Angela Tapscott

Christine ("Tapscott" as I called her) and I became fast friends soon after we met each other working for California Hospital Medical Center back in 1985. I worked in the PR Department, and she was with the Medical Staff Services Department, but on the day we met she had been "borrowed" by the Marketing Department (they shared office space with us). I found her to be friendly, unselfish, sympathetic, lively, and most of all she could make the saddest times go away. I loved how she told stories, how animated and funny she would get. Over the years we had stayed in touch, getting together when we could, sharing bits and pieces of our lives. Gene and I shall miss you, Christine. I'll see you again one day.
