In the year of 1975, Joe met Alice Manning. They were blessed to have two children together: Rosie Moore born in 1976 and Melba Moore born in 1978. Together Joe and Alice raised five girls Sharon, Sounya, Shirley, Rosie, and Melba for the seven years that they remained together.
