Sending my thoughts and prayers to the Turner family...May Rev. Turner rest peacefully
Remembering Rev. Lee Turner going to Sunday School at New Covenant Baptist Church and Mrs. Turner taking me my sister and brother hearing his voice as he preached made chills .... Much Respect & Love to the Family . ( RIP ) Rev. Lee Turner
Extending my deepest condolences, all my thoughts and prayers go out to you.
My prayers and thoughts for the Turner family as today you laid your Husband , Father , Grandfather to rest ........ My Rev. Lee Turner Rest In Peace
I affectionately called him CHEF. He loved to cook and did it well. When he was no longer able to cook, we talked about food. CHEF lived life by the book, meaning he had traditional standards and was fair in judgment. Men of his character unfortunately don’t exist these days. He set the bar high for what it takes to be a man, husband, father and friend. God has welcomed a saint into heaven and angels are rejoicing.
You will be missed.😢 K. Lee ❤️
TO MY DAD!!!MY DAD WAS A GREAT MAN OF GOD, HE LOVE THE LORD SO MUCH HE REMINDED ME OF DAVID, YEA MY DADDY WAS LIKE DAVID, (a man after God’s Own Heart)
MY DAD WAS A WONDERFUL GIVING AND CARING FATHER! I’m especially gonna miss him!!! I’m gonna sing every chance I get in church. My daddy use to love to hear me sing, in tune or out of tune, he would say “sang baby” it made him Proud to hear me all outta tune but the tune wasn’t important, it was the WORDS THAT HE LOVED!!!
I’m Truly gonna Miss My Pops!!!!
But one thing I know!!!!!!! HE GOT A SEAT IN GODS KINGDOM!!!! And That’s ALRIGHT!!!!!!! No mo pain
No mo Doctors no mo Hospitals!
No mo needles no mo medications
GLORY TO GOD!!!!! JOB WELL DONE DADDY!!!! I will Always Love My DAD
One of the many great memories I have of Granddaddy was the day I decided to be baptized. After one of his many beautiful sermons he asked if there was anyone wanting or needing more to stand and come forward. I looked up and he looked right at me and I stood up and Granddaddy yelled and said "Baby i'm so proud"! That joy that I felt from him, will never leave me. See I married his grandson 11 years ago and he welcomed me from day one as his granddaughter and for that he will always hold a special place in my heart.
I love you Granddaddy you will be missed.
God received an angel.
Love,
Monica Taylor
