Dr. Lefall, Reggie, drove the convertible I rode in during homecoming at Bishop College. He was always filled with joy. Whenever you met him on campus, he had a smile and comical words . Although we lost contact after graduation, I have never forgotten he and his sister, Bessie. He has now joined the heavenly band. "Reggie, keep them laughing and filled with joy wherever you are. Be seeing you one day",

It is hard to imagine life without Rev (Dr) Reginald Leffall III. After 13 long years as friends and neighbors, it will certainly take a while to adjust to the new reality of his passing. But we will treasure his memories forever.
Pastor Leffall was a very engaging person. He loved humanity and worked tirelessly building bridges of understanding. He also loved and cherished his calling.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Dr (Mrs) Maye Leffall and other members of the family. And may God grant the good Pastor eternal rest.

I met Dr. Leffall years ago when he was the guest speaker at Greater Ebenezer MBC Prayer Breakfast. I was in charge of the program that year, and his message was right on point with the vision God entrusted to my care for our church family. God used Dr. Leffall to confirm it was He (God) who was orchestrating both the message and the program. Oh how the spirit reached the spirit that morning. Dr. Leffall would later become a household name. Doing business with him in the Funeral Industry, church services, and his lovely wife teaching us at Long Beach Bible College we always seem to cross paths. Dr. Leffall never allowed me to leave a service or room if he picked up on my presence there. He would take whatever time was needed to press his way to speak and chat a bit. The last time I saw him he told me he was going to retire. He made mention of God bringing him through several heart attacks, and healing his love (his words). I asked him was he kidding me because looking at him you would never know he had been so ill. My prayers are with you Sister Leffall. May the precious memories of your time together bring you comfort and continual joy in the days ahead. Rejoice knowing Dr. Leffall is Home.

Every time I saw Reverend Leffall, he greeted me with a smile and a warm hug. He had a wonderful sense of humor. The last time I saw Rev. Leffall was at his final church service as pastor of the Tabernacle of Faith Baptist Church. He made it clear that he was retiring as a pastor, but not from the ministry --- that his work for the Lord would continue. Sending heartfelt condolences and prayers to his family, including his Tabernacle family. Rest in peace, Reverend Leffall.
